Immortalize on Canvas Top Quality Portraits of Adults, Children, Pets, Family Farms, and Landscapes
Commission work acceptance can be done in person, by mail, or by telephone. The client and I will discuss what they are looking for in a portrait.
A photo session is setup to photograph the subject in different poses and different clothing attire. Optional: Quality digital photos can be taken in good light, with no shadows, by the client. Numerous photo shots, including close ups of the subject's face, need to be taken. Email the files to me All photos should be in jpg format. I will work with the photos to get the best poses and backgrounds. I then will contact the client to set up an appointment to choose which pose he/she prefer from the prepainted proofs, or I can email the client samples to choose from.
A contract will be provided with complete instructions, to be signed by the client. The final cost of the completed portrait will also be stated on the contract. Prior to beginning the fianl work 30% of the total price must be submittted before the work begins. This will also help reserve a time slot for the portrait to be started. The balance will be due upon completion of the portrait.
Usually a portrait can be
completed in one month provided no unforeseen changes are made. Shipping
and handling expenses will be added to the total package.
Framing is not included.
